We use Entrada Rag 290 Bright by Moab as our printing paper of choice. It is an award-winning 100% cotton, smooth fine-art paper that helps "bring your vision to print through superb ink handling and sharpness". We believe it is a excellent choice for our photographs. Entrada is an archival acid- and lignin-free paper with an expanded color gamut, natural contrast and high ink load. Printed with Epson Ultrachome Inks, it produces a long lasting and beautiful print. The photos are printed on 11 x 17 size paper. The printed images on the paper are around 13 ½" by 8 ½". All photos are mounted with archival, acid-free mats. (Rag papers need to be handled and displayed with care, as they can easily scuff and scratch. Also, please note that by printing on this 100% cotton paper, the image is not glossy like you see on ordinary photography paper, it is a matte finish.)
All prints are ordered from Aspen Creek Photo from California. Once printed, they are shipped to Santa Fe, NM for quality control and then matted by our favorite frame shop, Frontier Frames. Once matted, they will be titled, signed and numbered (we print in editions of 10) and then will be packaged and shipped to the buyer.

A collection of my bird photos in a nicely printed hardbound book
A bird is three things: Feathers, flight and song…
"A bird is three things: Feathers, flight and song, And feathers are the least of these."
MARJORIE ALLEN SEIFFERT, “The Shining Bird”
I have had a love affair with birds most of my life starting with a series of books given to me when I was four or five. They were called "The Birds of America" and each of the four books was a different color and was named after that color. I had "The Blue Book of Birds of America", "The Red Book...", "The Yellow Book..." and "The Green Book...". However, it wasn't until a few years ago that I began photographing birds.
This book contains some of my favorite photos so far. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have enjoyed photographing them
